Having used a few plumbers in the past, with mixed opinions, I was once again trying to find someone reliable and competent at the same time, no small task these days, I contacted Duwayne who was recommended by another tradesman, which spoke for itself. I got Duwayne from Dedicated plumbing service Ltd to take over a boiler problem that had been an ongoing issue passed on from other Plumbers who left me believing that I had got everything repaired nicely or that they would return to finish off. Duwayne took a completely different approach to the fault finding and his honesty about costs. At this point I was prepared to do almost anything to get the boiler working correctly and so allow me to meet other commitments that I had.
From the very beginning his methodical approach repaired one part and then one by one the other results followed until I had a fully functional and safe central heating system.
The bill was very reasonable and left me wishing I had found Duwayne much earlier.
Thank you Duwayne for a professional job, carried out in a very friendly manner and explained in a very non technical way, making sense of the usual jargon used by others.

There’s a reason this guy has so many amazing reviews. Great work at a great price and always willing to help. Serviced our boiler a few times but also helped troubleshoot on the phone a few times and always super helpful, even when it’s for free. A lot of businesses could learn a thing or two from Duwayne. Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I live in a studio so nothing’s really standard size, also discovering previous owners bodging the plumbing means it’s never an easy job! Duwayne’s always up for the challenge though & delivers a top notch service with a smile 🙂

Duwayne did a couple of jobs for me installing a water pump and sorting a couple of leaks. He is the consummate professional, a scrupulous engineer and a pleasure to work with. He held himself to the highest standards of work, he was always so quick to respond when I needed him and he went to great lengths to fit me around his personal life. We had a problem with two radiators being stone cold. Duwayne called via Hometree to fix the problem but he advised that we needed new radiator valves as to adjust old ones risked a leak. We took his advice. He fitted new valves on 9 radiators without any leaks! This took him about 12 hours but he was determined to complete the job. We can now control the radiators per rooom. They are all working beautifully and we are truly grateful to have found Duwayne who from now on will be our go to guy for any further isues.

His attention to detail was second to none, and he always kept me informed on what he was doing, and asked for my opinion throughout, so that it was all suitable for my needs. I contacted Duwayne to sort the plumbing for my kitchen renovation. He suggested I went for a pre plumb which was a great idea as my laundry now smells fantastic as he fixed an issue with the drain I never knew I had! He came to complete the second fix and was very thorough in ensuring everything was finished perfectly. I will contact Duwayne in future for all plumbing work. Great communication and very professional!
